I'm a little behind, but that's okay. Some hidden gems was announced or showcased during State of Play so I'd like to put a spotlight on some of these that I might be grabbing when they come out. So without further adieu, let's go!
I'm not sure what this game is about. Well, I can guess it's another take on King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, but it's a hot female protagonist fighting a hot female boss. The gameplay looks fun, the graphics look amazing, and it's just overall, interesting. It might be another Black Myth Wukong, eh? Will be keeping an eye out for updates on Tides of Annihilation!
I've been wanting a Warriors-like game for a while now. Not sure if this is going to scratch that itch since it's so different. I'm very interested. Hoping that these are the tools to scratch that itch!
It looks... very good. People call it FFXVI-Devil May Cry and to be fair, FFXVI did look good when it had its first few trailers (and then the game came). I'll keep an eye on this one, for sure.
I need to get this game and play it. I need to play the Nier Automata DLC for it. This DCL content just reminded me I need to get on this ship.
I'm not sure if an Onimusha was something I was craving for. I do remember playing the first one during the PSX days (whoa!). It does look good, though my perception of Miyamoto Musashi isn't exactly a bumbling fool, we'll see.
The State of Play showcased more games and didn't show a lot of the big ones that we were waiting on (Final Fantasy VII R3!!!). There are other games that I still need to catch up on like Stellar Blade and Ninja Gaiden 2 Black.... guess gaming isn't a bit priority for me these days but we'll see if that changes. In the meantime, I'll keep an eye out for these games.
Until Next Time!
