That's right, State of Play 2023 was a special thing with some of the things they decided to show. One of them is Spider-Man 2, the long-awaited sequel to one of the best games ever: Marvel's Spider-Man 2018.
It's getting close to that time, right? October 20, 2023. That's crazy. Literally, one month and four days until we have this game in our hands. I really enjoyed Spider-Man PS4 and have been waiting for a sequel for some time now. Speaking of, I do need to play Miles Morales and get caught up with that.
Some things to be excited about:
Symbiote Spider-Man--could we get alternate Symbiote suits?!
65 costumes!
2 Spider-Men... maybe Venom?!
Rogues gallery... Only Lizard, Kraven, and Venom are for sure, but seems Mysterio will be in there as well.
Web-slinging and web-suit gliding!

Jake Baldino's (#Gameranx) hands-on review is nice. Then again he has some down-to-earth reviews so it's always easy to listen to what he has to say.
That gameplay is really sick! And it looks like Kraven is going to be giving Spider-Man a hard time as much as the Lizard is. Imagine, there's so much more to crack to! Will Green Goblin be there? And will we be fighting Venom as the main antagonist? Who else is going to be giving the Spider-Men a rough time?
Well, October 20th isn't that far away! So here's to that!
