A My Hero Academia POP! Yes, I will be a little bit more inclusive with my POPs and not just get Spiderverse this year. With that said, let's take a look at Mirio Togata from MHA!
This wave is mostly based on Season 4, which was a pretty good season. Wasn't really planning on getting Lemillion but this was a gift from a coworker so no complaints from me! Free POP!
Miriam's design is a standard superhero look. It's not a bad look and I am not against it. The POP does a great job getting all of the details of his costume and they're all sculpted well. They accurately recreated the details of his face, especially with those unique eyes Mirio has. His hairstyle is also sculpted to match how he looks in the cartoons. His pose is dynamic and it does show off his quirk. I love how his cape flows behind him. Miriam's figure-stand allows the collector to see his Quirk in action since it shows him permeating through the rock formations. I like it and there's plenty of attention to detail that any MHA fan can appreciate.
I love the paint job on this POP! There are a few mishaps, obvious along the hairline, and some of the designs on his costume. But for the most part, I love how the colors play off each other. Pretty accurate to the anime too. Not much to say but it's pretty standard with what you see with POP.
POP: Lemillion and POP: Suneater right next to each other! The Big Three (well, two, since we are missing Nejire Hado). They look amazing!
A must? I wasn't a huge fan of the Big Three. I liked them, and Suneater had some funny moments while Hado was a fun character. Mirio had the biggest arc with Deku and Ari, so I'd say this isn't a terrible catch for MHA fans. This was gifted from a friend so I'm fortunate to have Lemillion!
