More for the season of spookiness! I'm not the biggest fan of Hocus Pocus, but I would appreciate it for being a Halloween-themed movie. And with this POP looking as festive as ever for the spookiness, I'm all for it! So let's go ahead and take a look at Dani w/ Binx POP, shall we?
The sisters are a cool set. If they only come in a 3-pack with a good price point, I might bite, otherwise, I might have Dani with Binx for a while.
There's not much going on if we are looking at Dani's pose. She's pretty neutral, which is fine. The sculpting has a lot of attention to detail so that's going to be the win. I love the way her hair is sculpted, the designs on her costume, and just the overall look is well done (of course, the coloring will be one of the main factors for the outfit to look so good). Little Binx was also carefully sculpted in between Dani's hands; probably another win when it comes to this POP.
The colors on Dani are for the season! There are a lot of little details with the paint job that makes Dani's outfit stick out. I love the pumpkin colors--the different shades of oranges right against the other vibrant colors. There are small mishaps with my POP; Dani's hair and skin paint overlapping. No big deal though. All in all, this department did it's job for sure.
The tiny black cat is also well done.
I know! Two completely different characters but both can be seen on Disney+. Also, both Dani and Wanda are for Halloween so they fit.
Another Halloween based. Jack Skellington does look odd in the Hocus Pocus world as well.
POP: Witches & Pumpkins
I wouldn't say that Dani w/ Binx is a must. Again, she's more for the Spooky Season and her color scheme and outfit match just right. I got her for a good price so for me, this is POP is a win. No complaints. If you find her for a good price, I'd say there's a win for you here as well.
