Terra will be my first, naturally! And still holding on to the hope that Rikku is on the way somewhere!
There are a few options for preorders (Gamestop, Bestbuy, etc), but I'm going with the Amazon route. There's the standard version, steelbook version, and digital deluxe. With all that said, I think it's obvious that I can't wait!
