Again, Mystery Inc. is all about breaking up the Halloween-themed crime that's going on! Daphne and Velma are also perfect damsels so here we are! I love the sequence so, yeah! There we go.
Harley is just asking to be in a Halloween theme since she does deal with Bats, monsters, and jokers. Throw a pumpkin shenanigan, ropes, and duct tape and it's a perfect blend!
